30 Day Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of the date of shipment for a full refund. Please be aware that any item showing signs of wear, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Return Process
1) Returns will not accepted without an RA# (return authorization number). Email us at email@example.com
and briefly explain the nature of the return and a customer service representative will contact you with a RA#.
2) Please write the RA# on the outside of the box. Packages will not be accepted without the RA#. Please keep the RA# for your records as it will be needed to check the status of your return.
3) Make sure items are in their original product boxes.
4) The return package must be post marked within 10 business days of receipt, after this time the RA# becomes void.
5) Make sure to choose a shipping method that has a tracking system.
